OK, build the suggested chain in the previous msg - 4-4-6,
THEN tear down your Tavern and rebuild it.
You're supposed to have production of 120 for wood, 360 for planks, 60 for deposits.
Even though my production value for Wood Cutters read zero, it completed the quest so I could move on.
