but x-mas is after Halloween so that wont be of much use this year

And cheap trigger is needed I think.
With all the new content and buildings it takes a big toll on the economy compared to a few months ago.
Soon we will have the barracks boosters, which makes it even worse.
Cheap trigger is ok, but the upgrade prices are way overboard

You can (and you will want to) have multiple of the markets, then you have to upgrade each individual one separately.

Given the initial costs, its is likely that fully upgrading two would consume most of the presents you will get during the event. So yea, the costs are high.

One thing to consider while discussing the value of the building is how much exactly is the extra production worth, considering that :

    a) if you have your production balanced, buffing the lower tiers doesnt bring you any added value
    b) there are certain resources where you dont really need any buffs, let alone ones that are this expensive
    c) there are production facilities that you will have trouble putting into a small area to leverage the buff (ie. granit masons)
    d) there is plenty of resources that you can produce in abundance without using buffs as good as those (so once again no added benefit of using this building)
    e) there are resources where the consumption is hard capped (like anything related to producing elite units), so once again you get no extra benefit from 300% buffs.

Quite frankly I wouldnt be surprised if some people who could easilyafford the markets would actually pass on the opportunity to have one and spend the presents on just about everything else.

Deleted a level 4 Christmas marketplace …… it reverted to level 1 as stated....however now you cannot click on it to access it anymore....Also... Coin producing players will love this.... lets create a real easy way to flood the game with Coin!!!.... you will create the same issue you had in Anno Online... so many damn coins that the new players wont be able to buy any buildings in trade... because the price will "Balloon" on them from players with tons of coin driving up the prices cause they don't care what it costs...

Coins already lost nearly any value somewhere around 2013, maybe 2014.

The only reason you still can buy anything for coins is human perception that makes people think of them as a currency, where they're in fact just a relatively worthless resource. If it wasnt for that perception, coins would among the most worthless resources in game.

Exactly, as it is the change from 9 to 11 does not affect anything in many cases at all.

Seems fair to me as they was not there at the time the buff was activated.
