The guild quest can not be opened anymore. But I need this for the event. Yesterday everything was okay.

Still is with me a Valentinesquest in the Quest Book and my Christmas Tree brings me no more gifts

that bug is known from live servers - visit friend when you then go home guildquest will usually be shown for a while.
Since some weeks I have an additional guild quest, coming from the christmas quest series. Does not show up fully, shows as green, but no "OK" button.

This is a known issue with the guild quest category.
It happens once in a while on the live server (at least Ares), too.
it's been doing it for many months even on normal server! i use french server
