you 'll see no animation of excelsior and no Window with the result of the production will be shown. but you can recognized that the production was finished if the Pieces of Letters or Maps increases.
- select the Excelsior
- chose some cristals
- click on the great blue button
I noted the same thing. Also it takes a very long time for the process to complete so you can close the Excelsior window.

In my case the same, Level 55, and the time when I get the rewards varies very much, sometimes only seconds sometimes many dozend seconds.
I have seen this on the live server, usually after a few runs of the excelsior forge. The animation freezes and no reward icons are shown to the left, but the number of pages can increase.
Once started, this behaviour continues until a browser refresh.
Happens on first try and all subsequent tries. Refresh (that lasted a day) did not fix this.
It's a new bug, nothing that was ever on live.
Excelsior bug is still present with new client. Doesn't "hang" as bad as before but still no results window. I'm running Win10 and launching the client from Chrome.
Actually, it's exactly the same. No work has been done on excelsior.
